At MTT Creations, every item is handcrafted with care. Because many of our products are handmade or made in small batches, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders

Made-to-order items
- Clearance, sale, or final sale items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, size, texture, or appearance are normal and make each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
